Skin Folds
Body fat spread throughout the body. There is a portion of body fat around the organs of the body and the muscles of the body. The other half is below the surface of the skin and it is known as a fat skin folds.
Skinfold test requires measuring skinfold thickness at several places on the body. Total skinfold readings can be expected the amount of fat in the body is made. The equipment needed is a skin fold calipers.
